 The Mission of the New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum Board is to provide direction, advice, and support to the Director of the Museum in the maintenance and operation of the Museum and all of its activities.

  1. New Business – Board
  2. a) Discussion on Renewal of a lease for a Gift Shop w/Heart of the Desert Inc.
  3. b) Action: Approval of a Resolution for a lease for a Gift Shop w/Heart of the Desert Inc.
  4. c) Discussion of General Operating Agreement, Renewal of Office Lease Agreement, Membership Program Agreement, and Programmatic Funds Agreement with the Friends of the NMFRHM
  5. d) Action: Approval of Renewals of General Operating Agreement, Office Lease Agreement, Membership Program Agreement, and Programmatic Funds Agreement with the Friends of the NMFRHM
  6. Executive Session: Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1(H)(2), discussion of limited personnel matters: approval of a list of candidates for Executive Director of Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 18-11-8(B).
  7. Action: Return to open session; Action on matters discussed in Executive Session – Board

  • Except for emergency matters, the Board cannot take action on new business that is not on the posted agenda. New business requiring action will be added to the agenda for the next meeting of the Board.
